BYNL President, Chimezie Obuka, gave the notice taking after media reports the steers rearers were arranging another assault in the Enugu State, where scores have been killed as of late.
Obuka said his association would act in self preservation and draw in and herders "fire for flame."
"We are not going to endure any further assault in Biafra, the way that Enugu offers limits with them doesn't mean our territory would be effectively taken by the terrorists who now mask as herders," he said.

Obuka further responded to the late explanation by Governors from the north, professedly shielding Fulani.
